Is this a subscription service ?
This is not a subscription service that gets billed to your mobile account & we are in no way associated with your mobile phone provider.
Are there Membership Fees?
There are no membership fees, No Contracts & No administrative fees. Membership is free and when you register you get 5 free SMS credits to test after you activate your account.
Do you accept international mobiles?
Yes we do. As long as your account is activated you can start sending instantly. We send sms to 550 mobile networks in 170 countries.
Does my sms credit expire?
Your sms credit does not expire and your free credit doesn't also. We at aussiesms.com.au believe that your sms credit should not expire you should use at your own time and as you wish.
How long does it take to top up my account when I buy credit?
When you buy credit all payments are made via PayPal to prevent fraud and for quick verification of your card. Our system does not save any information about your credit card. Once your payment is verified PayPal will automatically credit your account by verifying your details with our system. Its a matter of a few seconds and your account is credited. Always click 'RETURN TO MERCHANT' after payment.
When am I charged when I send a sms?
You are charged when the text messages you sent registers delivered. If sms is not delivered you will be refunded. If you have free credit it is used first when you send a sms
